1.2. Required qualifications:

  • A degree in accounting, economics or law and ideally a professional qualification and/or post-graduate degree;
  • 1-3 years M&A experience;
  • Client service orientation and problem-solving skills;
    Good command of English, together with IT literacy.

1.3. Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • The full range of responsibilities to M&A at Analyst level;
  • Assisting in execution of deals
  • Assisting in the preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials;
  • Gathering public information through numerous sources;
  • Creating merger and financial model analyses;
  • Generating models for valuation metrics;
  • Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financing and/or sell-side assignments;
  • Building company forecast models;
  • Analysing company performance on an absolute and relative basis;
  • Producing and maintaining various databases;
